golden rules of weight loss

It is obvious and normal finding myriad information, advertisements and all kinds of notices, on the roads, in the media and in the internet all on ways of loosing that extra weight and achieving the body of superstar. Some information is true and helpful but also the opposite is real and true. False information that misleads are all over.


Most information and methods on weight loss cause a lot of suffering and dissatisfaction, OK, it is true that all that is good never comes on a silver platter but you will disagree with me on the ultimate truth and validity of this statement. I have come up with ten ways that i have called the golden rules to losing weight.


1. Get your eyes off sugary juice and drinks

2. Shun processed food and start ingesting whole meal, it makes you whole-trust me.

3. Boost and sky rocket your metabolism with caffeine from tea or even coffee-just reduce the sugar.

4. Take the magical fiber supplements, the likes of Glucomanan.

5. Go slow on your food, it is proven that you become full fast and thus regulate your food intake.

6. Time to take time in bed, sleeping like a baby, quality sleep is of significance and poor sleep is major cause of weight gain-you don’t want that do you?

7. Drink water some thirty minutes before meal time, it will help you lose weight 47% faster. Good news isn’t so?

8. Take high protein Breakfast, yes high protein. This has been recorded to kill urges to eat and thus help you control your food intake.

9. Read this- Use smaller utensils- i know you like…really? Yes, really it works makes you eat less, try me.

10. Take food that call your model figure louder, by this I mean, don’t go raiding red meat, burgers, pizza and those junk poison and claim to be losing weight, it’s simple just do your body a favor.
